Available for Smitec key partners an actual "virtual control room"
SMYIOT by Smitec is an IOT solution that provides automatic and constant connection with its machines installed in the world and the implementation of various functions to support business processes. Recently incorporated among SMYIOT smart features, a virtual control room monitors the operation of the machines on the field, so as to offer the customer proactive support in terms of engineering, maintenance and assistance.
SMYIOT virtual control room is a web-based solution, accessible from any device, at any time and place. SMI technicians and engineers are testing this new feature on 50 IOT-powered machines installed all over the world, and the goal is to connect as many as one thousand. The operating data - both current and historical - of IOT-connected machines are accessible via the web in maximum security, and displayed through a series of dedicated dashboards.
SMI control room is a constantly evolving feature: while following an established development roadmap, it is being perfected thanks to the feedback provided by end users, namely SMIGROUP technicians and engineers. We will soon explore in a dedicated press release the new features of this smart tool that gives you the "power" to be immediately and constantly close to machines and end users, erasing times and distances.
he HOME dashboard of the CONTROL ROOM displays the general report on active and expiring scheduled maintenance interventions, based on the results of the condition monitoring functions performed by the SMYIOT platform.
Dashboard section of the virtual control room displaying the list of machine software versions installed. This information is collected from each connected machine and allows to highlight the update status of each SW version.
The HOME dashboard of the CONTROL ROOM features a virtual assistant called SMYIOT BOT ASSISTANT, whih enables you to access and exploit the machine data made available by the SMYIOT platform through queries in natural language (currently in English).
