Recently incorporated among SMYIOT smart features, a virtual control room monitors the operation of the machines on the field, so as to offer the customer proactive support in terms of engineering, maintenance and assistance.

SMI technicians and engineers are testing this new feature on 50 IOT-powered machines installed all over the world, and the goal is to connect as many as one thousand. The operating data - both current and historical - of IOT-connected machines are accessible via the web in maximum security, and displayed through a series of dedicated dashboards. | ||
