The data collected from the machines connected to SMYIOT are integrated with the data provided by the company ERP and made available via dashboards displaying the machines metrics. Notifications via email and chatbots are also useful means of communication provided by Smitec.

SMYIOT monitors the operating efficiency of the machines based on specific KPIs, such as the OEE and the efficiency of the machine. It also allows to perform condition monitoring functions on the main events of the machine's life cycle, such as the approaching of the warranty expiration date or the setting of operating hours thresholds.

The automatic and continuous monitoring action carried out by SMYIOT leads to the generation of specific warning notifications which the supplier’s After Sales and Engineering departments can use proactively in order to reduce downtime and optimize maintenance processes.
